Answers to what most people wonder before placing a custom order.
How much does a custom order cost?
Pricing depends on the complexity, materials, and time required for your piece. Typically, a custom piece will cost close to other like-products that have already been made. Once you submit your idea, we'll provide a personalised quote before any commitment is made. There's no charge to inquire.
How long does it take?
Most custom orders take between 2–4 weeks from design approval to shipment. Simpler pieces may be quicker; highly detailed commissions may take a little longer. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Can I request changes after I see the design?
Of course! We include one round of revisions in every custom order at no extra charge. Additional revision rounds can be arranged; we'll discuss any associated fees transparently. Once production has started on your product, no further changes will be able to be made so please share any details you would like altered immediately.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
As much or as little as you have! A rough description, a colour preference, a theme, or even a product we already made are all great starting points. The more you share, the better we can capture your vision, but we're also happy to take creative ownership if you'd like to be surprised.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, for the time being, we only ship to the United States.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required before we begin creation, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
