Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Most items ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–14 days depending on your location. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it home.

  • How long do custom orders take?

    Custom pieces typically take 2–4 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch, depending on the complexity of what's being made. If you're working to a deadline — a birthday, a gift, a special occasion — please get in touch early so we can plan together. Visit our Custom Orders page to start a conversation.

  • How do I care for my items?

    Care varies by piece, but some general guidance to keep things beautiful: keep items away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colours and the outside of your product should only be spot cleaned as needed. Every order includes a printed care card with item-specific instructions.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Because our items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, please reach out within 7 days of recieving and we'll make it right. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.

  • Can I buy items as a gift?

    Absolutely! For a fully personalised gift commission — something made just for the person you're celebrating — head to the Custom Orders page and we'll create something together.
